Trichotillomania (hair pulling)

Lorraine has been an absolute saviour! I was very sceptical initially and even questioned her along the way which I don’t think she minded. Our initial meeting Lorraine asked what I wanted, ‘eyebrows’ was my response! Years of anxiety and repeated actions meant I pulled them out for satisfaction (strange I know) but friends and family would often pass comment about the baldness until Lorraine came along. Like everything us humans do, I couldn’t see the difference but gradually people could and would pass positive comment, what a relief! I get great comfort from Lorraine’s input and the bedtime listening I have, the other absolute benefit is the great nights sleep I have after a hypno session. I cannot recommend Lorraine enough - she asked what I wanted and she delivered my demand. Thank you so much for your help, support and general chit chat. I look forward to more sessions!
